The FM survey, collected and analysed by Krutham, a subsidiary of research firm Intellidex, is conducted through a confidential online questionnaire sent to local (SA) institutional clients of investment research and stockbroker firms. This year, 27 sell-side firms submitted nominations, slightly down from 30 firms in 2023. The votes were submitted by 49 institutional/buy-side firms, vs 50 last year. These respondents included asset managers, life insurance companies, some wealth managers and hedge funds, with the FM attempting to include all the largest fund managers by assets.

The rankings above are a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence. Anchor Stockbrokers, in its relatively short existence of eight years, competes with prominent local and global banks in the FM rating process. These impressive results, beyond our wildest expectations, demonstrate the trust we have gained from our institutional clients and the team’s dedication and hard work.
